These coping alternatives are created or designed to help people suffering from eating disorders. Here in this article we will discuss about a new coping alternative IN TEN YEARS GAME.
In this game there are two ultimate questions that you need to ask yourself!
You have to answer two questions…
- Where do you see yourself in ten years if you still have your Eating Disorder?
- Where do you see yourself in ten years if you recover from your Eating Disorder?
Now answer these two questions. Then highlight three to five points that will help you to take one step towards recovery.
Rules that need to be remembered:
- None of your answers should deal with your body weight
- Try to keep your answer to each question at or below about five hundred words
