Anorexia/Bulimia:
- Sudden decrease in the body weight within a very short period of time.
- Skipping meals or having small amounts of food at regular meals.
- Over care about weight gaining.
- Visiting websites that promote unhealthy ways to lose weight.
- Being sad or anxious.
- Having a poor body shape and low confidence.
- Headaches and Poor health.
- Obsessing over bad weight loss programs which involves continuous fasting for days.
- To eat large amounts of food in a shorter period of time and regretting it later (Bulimia).
- Planning a poor diet which does not involve enough nutrients but mainly focused on weight loss
- Always complaining on weight gain or food consumption.
- Often seen in girl teenager’s and women leading to loss of menstrual cycle accompanied with hair loss.
- Loss of proper food intake can lead to decrease in the consumption of fiber foods causing constipation and other problems related to excretion.
- Enamel erosion of tooth from contact with stomach acid during self induced vomiting.
- Other gastrointestinal problems like acid refluxes which on a long journey can lead to ulcers.
- Use of laxatives and diet pills which may lead to side effects.
- Cut or callused knuckles from self-induced vomiting.
- Exercise excessively and stressing over the fact of eating heavy meals.
- Frequent changes in mood.
- Weight fluctuations.
- Difficulty in concentrating.
- Visible bingeing and/or purging.
Compulsive Overeating/Binge Eating Disorder:
- Noticeable fluctuations in weight, both up and down.

- High blood pressure or high cholestral.
