How many days now?
by: a counter of days

It took months for sense to come,
Ages for the truth to shine through,
How many days has it been now?
Am I actually happy?
What is happiness?
Does it come through money?
Or the size and image you create of yourself?
The next question is what is sadness?
Are you sad when you fall and graze your knee?
Or is it when your clothes no longer fit?
Is sadness when your throat is sore or not?
Are you sad when you eat through hunger?
Or sad when you dont eat through hunger?
How many days has it been now?
Are you loved when youre slim?
Or loved when youre happy?
Can you be loved when youre dead?
Or does love come and go?
When do you love yourself, when youre happy?
But what is happiness?
How many days has it been now?
