See Me
by: Lauren
Look at me
Look and see me and who I am
Have I not made it visible to the world yet?
Can no one see my hurt and depression,
My anger and fear,
My mistrust?
I'll strive harder to help you see my world
HEAR ME! Someone please,
I'm screaming for you.
Can't you look into my eyes,
And see a lost girl?
Everyday, it grows.
Everyday, it gets easier.
Everydaym I care less.
Everyday, I grow thinner.
And everyday, my want for help disinigrates.
For if you help me, I will fail
If you see me as I am I will be a disapointment.
So don't look at me
Don't listen to me
Don't read my words for what they really mean.
Let me go
Let me disapear into the sands
Let me wash into the ocean,
Never to be seen again
