Volunteers for an Anonymous Online Survey:Eating Habits & Health Service Use
Hi,
I am looking for volunteers (females 14+) with shape, weight and/or eating concerns to participate in an anonymous online survey (20-30mins) on eating habits and health service use. This survey is available until May 2013.
