Thrive Eating Disorder Service
Thrive is an interdisciplinary group of registered psychologists, a psychiatrist, and a registered dietitian. Our professional staff has extensive training and experience treating individuals with mild, moderate and severe eating disorders. Thrive provides assessment and treatment for older adolescents and adults. People with eating disorders often have mixed feelings about making changes. Working collaboratively with our clients, Thrive clinicians explore the role of the eating disorder and provide individualized care to ensure the most effective treatment possible. In a safe and compassionate environment, people with eating disorders are supported in working through difficult life situations, and building new skills and coping strategies. We help people Thrive.Referrals and FeesPsychological and dietetic sessions are fee for service and do not require a referral. Extended health plans may reimburse these services. Psychiatric consultations are covered by the Medical Services Plan when clients are referred by their family physician.LocationThrive is conveniently located within steps of the SeaBus terminal at the Lonsdale Quay, in North Vancouver.
