Therapy Heals Psychotherapy and Counselling Services
We provide counselling services for a wide range of problems and specialize in the field of eating disorders. We help clients to improve their disordered eating problem through a holistic approach where we not only address behaviors, but also one's context/life situation, thinking patterns, and underlying emotional issues. We also focus on clients' strengths and resources and how they can help the client in their current difficulties. We help clients to develop and utilize healthy coping strategies and (re)discover themselves and who they are without the eating disorder. Through various therapy modalities and the therapeutic relaionship we work collaboratively with clients and they often learn to feel safe letting go of the eating problem, freeing them up to enjoy their lives more fully.
