TOTAL FITNESS -- Vanessa E. Nyholm, LPC

The mission statements of TOTAL FITNESS are:to help women examine their wants and to help them create plans to reach their goals, to teach women the tools to be self-sufficient concerning eating, exercising, and losing weight, and to provide group counseling for women to work on any problems that may be an impediment to reaching their goals. An eight week program for women consisting of: psycho-educational workshops, eating and exercising planning, and group therapy. Each session is 3.5 hours per week. The program is $480 and most insurances are accepted, as well as individualized payment plans. Please call me or e-mail if you are interested!
