Sussex Eating Disorder Treatment
Firstly let me introduce myself. I'm Stephen and I'm a qualified counsellor, Practitioner of CBT and Master Practitioner of NLP. I treat eating disorders here at Essesse Wellbeing.
During my teens I had a very good friend of mine struggle with both bulimia and anorexia for over 4 years. During this time I learned so much about how these conditions work, and just how ingrained they can become in someones life.
I saw the changes and complications that no textbook or weekend workshop will ever be able to teach, so I have a unique perspective and methodology when treating anorexia. Those 4 years made me determined to help people with eating disorders, and led me to where I am today as a therapist.
Along with counselling, I utilise NLP, CBT and hypnotherapy as part of my approach.
