I earned my Master of Arts degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas . I have been practicing therapy since 2003 and work with adolescents, college-aged individuals, adults, families and couples.
My experience in treating eating disorders, women’s issues, body image concerns and family problems comes from several years’ employment at Remuda Ranch, an inpatient treatment facility for eating and anxiety disorders. I have expertise in treating adolescents and young adults who struggle with co-occurring disorders, behavior issues, self-harm behaviors and identity development. I also specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders, self-image concerns, abuse, PTSD, OCD, as well as spiritual integration into counseling services.
