Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor devoted to the treatment of eating disorders and those who have experienced trauma and abuse. She is committed to helping others increase their understanding of the eating disorder and/or trauma, how it impacts self esteem, identity, body image and relationships, as well as developing the ability to move towards a more balanced and meaningful life. Sarah works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, and family therapy. She is also a frequent speaker to schools, colleges, and organizations to increase awareness and prevention of eating disorders.
