Sarah Bennett PhD
Dr. Bennett is a licensed clinical psychologist. She provides individual, family and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents and young adults struggling with eating disorders. She provides evidence-based treatments including family based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. She is certified in family based therapy by the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. She collaborates with other treatment providers to offer comprehensive care. She believes that family plays an integral role in recovery from an eating disorder. Dr. Bennett pursued advanced clinical training in child and adolescent eating disorders in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Stanford University. She provided outpatient treatment in the Eating Disorders Clinic at Stanford, as well as inpatient treatment at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford.
