Robin Landau PHD
Dr. Landau provides supportive and insight-oriented psychotherapy to adults and adolescents (13 and over) with eating disorders and related issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and relationship difficulties. With her nurturing and direct approach, Dr. Landau helps her clients to understand the issues underlying their eating disorder and provides a safe space for them to work through their emotional pain. She also utilizes cognitive-behavioral techniques in order to manage the symptoms while the deeper process of psychotherapy occurs.
Dr. Landau has been treating eating disorders for the past 7 years. She has experience treating clients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, and body image issues in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization settings.
