I treat males and females, adults and teens (12 and older). In addition to anorexia and bulimia, I treat binge eating, compulsive overeating , chronic restricting and other types of disordered eating. My approach is cognitive behavioral. My clinical work is tailored to the client’s situation depending on their goals, their level of motivation and their symptoms. When treating a teen or young adult, I include family therapy as a component of their treatment plan. For someone who has just left a treatment program or hospital, I can provide the support needed to maintain the progress that has already been achieved. My office is located in Nashville in the Hillsboro Village area and easily accessible from I-440 or I-65. I am near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities.
