I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with teens and adults who are struggling with issues involving food, alcohol, drugs, self injury and other addictive behaviors. In my therapeutic work, I have often found that individuals have difficulty managing more than one issue at a time. Therefore, I am committed to working with those who are stuggling with a variety of complex psychological struggles. Furthermore, I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe and accepting. I value the relationship that I have with my clients and am invested in working collaboratively and actively with them. My therapeutic approach involves helping individuals understand the role of eating disorders and other problematic behaviors in their lives through the development of better coping skills and through greater awareness of their relationships with themselves and others.
