Ranch 2300 is a new, individualized, skills focused, free standing residential treatment program offering hope for women struggling with eating disorders and related issues. We are committed to supporting recovery from anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating and other body image and eating disorders. Our goal is to help women establish balance of food, instead of abstinence. Ranch 2300 uses a holistic approach to treatment, thus in addition to mental and spiritual aspects to each clients treatment plan, we also target strength enhancement. Clients have regular access to relaxation walks and stretching, Equine Therapy, Creative Expression therapy, massage, yoga, and onsite fitness specialist. Exercise plans and goals are based on individual needs at the discretion of the treatment team and dietitian.
