The outdoor walking paths wind past the river, through gardens and lawns, and across a wooden footbridge to a private island where clients can relax and reflect while watching the river pass. Space will be available for 10 women.Treatment Model: Each client's treatment is individualized and includes 4 individual therapy sessions per week. RainRock offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups and individual therapy as well as experiential groups and mindfulness training. They also emphasize family and significant other involvement. Exercise and recreation are important parts of recovery therefore RainRock provides fitness training , yoga classes, hiking and much more.
