Do you obsessively think about food and your appearance? Now imagine being at peace with food.....and with your body. Do you believe you would be a better person if you were thinner? Does your sense of self-worth depend on how much you weigh or what size you wear? Do you judge yourself and turn down opportunities because of your weight or how your body feels? Do you feel trapped in an endless cycle of eating, attempts to lose weight, and a strong dislike of your body? Do you suffer from low self-esteem and engage in self-defeating behaviors? Now imagine a life without dieting or obsessions about food and weight; free of judgment and guilt. Imagine feeling comfortable with your body. At ph&w, we understand eating disorders. We are aware of the difficulties and challenges that eating disorders bring about. We offer a variety of services to help you recover and thrive. While groups are great for some, our multidisciplinary approach is definitely not ‘one size fits all’. Whether you need individual or group psychotherapy, nutrition counseling, medications, or cooking classes - or a combination of services - our priority is to help you regain control and develop a healthy relationship with food and with your body. We are committed to providing the highest quality of professional care in a healing, non-judgmental environment.
