Overflow
he Overflow program is designed to support the recovery of those dealing with the daily struggles of eating disorders. Our program is directed and lead by experienced, recovered professionals who are passionate about helping others find their individual path to recovery. We are a program that has been created due to a need for low cost, effective treatment with an emphasis on serving others in love.
Over Groups every Saturday where walk ins are always welcome.
First Saturday of the month: Meal group followed by food and feelings group, led by a recovered registered dietitian.
Second Saturday: Educational Therapy group, led by our MFT
Third Saturday: Restorative yoga and meditation group (a very mild, relaxing form of yoga, mostly standing)
Fourth Saturday: Wellness classes, lead by a variety of wellness professionals to help clients with self care and wellness education
Groups are free the first time and $10 per group or $35 per month.
