Nutrtion Therapist
I believe in treating eating disorders with a progressive nutrition program. The first step is an in depth nutrition and behavioral assessment once completed the prescription for regaining nutritional adequacy is determined. At every appointment goals are reviewed and new goals are set. I believe it through consistent challenging and compassion that recovery is attained.
I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. I completed my Masters in Food and Nutrition Science from Indiana University of PA and Personal Training Certification through The American College of Sports Medicine. I have worked with clients suffering from eating disorders and disordered eating since 2001. I am affiliated with The Renfrew Center of New York. My work as Registered Dietitian a Personal Trainer has provided me a unique ability to combine nutrition and fitness to help my clients restore a healthy lifestyle.
