I am a clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults, helping them to gain personal insight and understanding. Through patience and genuine curiosity, I work to provide a safe space for the exploration of thoughts and emotions. My experience over the last ten years ranges from short-term containment work in a partial hospital program to longer-term psychodynamic treatment in a private practice setting. My background includes working with adolescents and adults, both individually and in group settings. I have a special interest in women’s issues and have spent several years providing support to women coping with trauma histories, eating disorders, and body image issues. Through the use of CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I aim to create awareness that supports symptom reduction and positive changes for the long term.
