Whether you are struggling with a negative body image, low self-esteem, or having a healthy relationship with food, I will provide you with the tools and support needed to overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way. I provide individual counseling as well as group support for individuals struggling with eating disorders and low self-esteem. I believe it is possible to have a healthy relationship with food. Lets work together to uncover what is feeding your eating disorder. Support Groups Available: Binge Eating/Emotional Eating Support Group Tuesdays from 8-9p.m. Eating Disorder Recovery Support Group with Monthly Dining Experiences held Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. General Workshops offered, the 2nd Wednesday of the Month: Journaling for Wellness, Making Peace with Food: A Lesson in Intuitive Eating, Self-Care & Balance 101.
