As a Christian individual, couple, marriage and family therapist specializing in the treatment of disordered eating that has been recovered from anorexia and bulimia for over 7 years, I am able to not only apply my education with a masters degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of San Diego, my strength in clinical skills, utilzing attachment and EFT theories, but also my own personal depth of faith, experience, strength and hope to my client's treatment. Many of my clients have stated this combination has lead to their success in treatment and ability to build trust within the therapeutic relationship which in turn supports a stronger recovery. My clinical experience also includes, leading and facilitating process groups, DBT, CBT, residential program writing, stress management, christian principles as a framwork for recovery.
