I have over ten years of experience working in mental health, ranging from community-based services, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, home-based and school-based counseling, and as a clinical therapist in both outpatient behavioral health agencies and inpatient facilities. I have worked with families struggling with eating disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse. I also have a variety of training and experience with family and couples therapy in combination with providing psychoeducation and support in approaching psychological conditions and disorders. I have a special affinity for working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, self esteem and body image issues.
