I've offered nutrition counseling to people who have eating disorders- including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, and body image and weight concerns. One area of expertise is using a non-diet approach to resolve binging and overeating. I am a registered dietician with a master's degree in nutrition and exercise physiology from Columbia University. Services include individual nutrition counseling, family support sessions, group support/classes, and referrals for clients to other eating disorder specialists.
