I offer individual couple and group counseling. I also run an eating disorders support group through which members are aided in creating an awareness of the role that food and obsession with their body play in their lives. Participants are guided in creating positive, self nurturing living skills in conjunction with learning to see oneself with kinder eyes, practicing unconditional self love, and honoring one's own truth. The group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 12pm-1pm and again from 6:30pm-7:30pm. The fee for this group is $10.00. I am also well connected in the area with psychiatrists, nutritionists, art therapists, and family therapists who specialize in eating disorders.
