Join us! We are now offering a Skills Training Group for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Along with The Olympia Center for DBT, Tracy Kenela, M.A., LMHC, CRC, and Stacy Schilter, M.A., LMFT, will provide a Weekly DBT Skills Training Group specifically focused on helping people who struggle in their relationship with food and / or body image.
