Living the Life you Want
My goal is to help each person who comes to me lead the the life that person would choose to be living. I take a variety of treatment approaches, trying to find the approach that will work best for the person with where they are currently. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have specialized experience treating the spectrum of disordered eating (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, compulsive overeating, and emotional eating) as well as helping support family members who are watching a loved one struggle with an eating disorder, whether the loved one is in recovery or in their disorder. I have experience treating many co-occurring problems as well, including chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I primarily treat adults at this time, with a focus on individual therapy that can be complimented with couple or family sessions as needed. Begin working toward a more fulfilling life now.
