Learn For Life

I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with eating disorders or body image and eating concerns. I have over 10 years experience in the field working as Eating Disorder Program Coordinator, counselor, and public speaker. My services include individual counseling, parent consultations, and group therapy. It is my goal to help girls and women regain their health and happiness, and develop a positive self-image, internal worth and confidence. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and client-centered, to best meet the unique needs of the client. In order to provide the best possible care, I also work closely with a treatment team when appropriate.
