I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as the underlying depression, anxiety, and trauma that is so often present. I believe that effective treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment so that an individualized plan can be mutually developed. In working with those struggling with eating disorders, I provide both individual and family therapy and value collaborating with other healthcare providers for multidisciplinary care. I work from an interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral orientation, utilizing symptom-focused interventions and interpersonal relationships as a primary focus of change.
In addition to practicing in Oak Park, I work at Arabella House, a residential home for women in recovery from eating disorders, at Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville, IL.
