I provide individual, couples, and family outpatient treatment to those affected by eating disorders. I use an empathic, supportive, and honest approach to help clients understand the underlying factors contributing to the development of the eating disorder and help them release feelings and emotions the ED is suffocating. I believe that healing and recovery are possible and real, and that each of us has the strength to overcome an eating disorder. Using body-centered and systems oriented therapeutic techniques, my goal is to aid clients in reconnecting with and loving their bodies. I strive to empower and enforce the client's support system so that lifelong recovery can be a very true and manageable victory!
