Drawing on my 10 years of counseling experience with adults, teens, families and groups, I use scientifically supported techniques with a compassion and practical wisdom that respect your unique history and strengths. I specialize in eating disorders, body image, and relational issues. Whether you struggle with bingeing, restricting, compulsive exercise or atyptical eating disorders, you will find me knowledgeable and respectful of your struggle. In our work together, we will set goals toward sustainable change and acceptance strategies. You may find my approach of particular help if you struggle with relationships, shame, body image and perfectionism. I will help you identify paths toward greater connection, authenticity and the courage to be imperfect.
I received my Bachelors of Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University.
