Finding a therapist who fits your needs is essential for your recovery. Looking past the disease and into the individual is where our work begins. I feel that the human connection is the basis to therapeutic success. I use the mind/body connection and meditation techniques in addition to more traditional family systems theories. I believe that eating disordered behaviors are deeply ingrained coping tools that can be replaced. My hope is to help each of my clients find the roots to personal struggles as we work together to find what recovery is too you. At my current site I offer both individual and group therapy. Regardless of where you are in your struggle it is my hope and goal to assist you finding a place that gives you the freedom of life, choice and lasting recovery.
