Individual and Group Therapy
Creative Approaches to Recovery for individuals experiencing difficulty with eating disorder symptoms will be explored in group, individual and family therapy formats. I am a licenced professional counselor and art therapist working for Life Counseling Services in Exton, Pa, providing services to individuals in need of group,individual, or family support. The groups will meet 1 day per week. Individuals will be able to process difficulties with symptoms and urges in a supportive group environment. Art Therapy and relaxation will be used in addition to verbal processing. This group will be fitting for those stepping down from IOP programs or those in need of additional out patient support.
