I base my marriage and family therapy practice on building a safe and supportive relationship with my clients. I do not believe that a client will grow, if a counselor is not genuine and cannot make a real connection with their client.
Life is often filled with challenges which affect each of us in different ways. I believe that how we approach and overcome those challenges, help to shape us and allow us to experience life to the fullest.
Creating a safe and supportive environment, where you can feel comfortable, is essential to my practice. In that setting, we can collaborate on how best to understand your situation, identify your goals, and find solutions.
