Eve Nutrition
Dr. EvaldÃce Eve BSc, MSc, PhD, DLSHTM, FRSPH, RPHNutr. BSc in nutrition and dietetics (1982), and PhD in human nutrition from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (1995). Trained in CBT for Eating Disorders by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. I run a private outpatient nutrition clinic in Hampstead, NW3. Each case is different, and with a new patient I hold two consultations initially to evaluate the current situation and decide, mutually, on a way forward. After that I will hold regular consultations and, if appropriate, I can also provide daily analysis and feedback on your diet by email. Successful outcomes involve working together to identify a diet that is both comfortable and adequate. ED patients are often highly intelligent perfectionists with much to offer and deserve non-patronising answers to their questions about foods and the physiology of nutrition. My CBT practice aims to help patients identify the triggers for ED, and learn mental techniques to beat it.
