I am an experienced Registered Dietitian in private practice for 10+ years, specializing in the nutritional counseling of eating disorders. Through highly individualized treatment, I help clients develop a healthy relationship with food and their body. My work focuses on helping people decrease their eating disorder symptoms and thoughts and develop a healthy relationship with food. Founded on a non-diet approach, my work incorporates mindful/ intuitive eating while also using meal plans when desired and/or necessary. I work with a team approach to treatment and collaborate regularly with therapists, psychiatrists and physicians to offer the most comprehensive care. Previously, I was the Director of Nutrition for the Renfrew Day Program and currently work at the Koch Center for EDs as well as in private practice.
