Eating Disorders and Addictive Issues
Solution-focused therapy to persons ready to make a change. Our clinical director has been in recovery for 10 years and has her PhD in counseling with a specialty in addictive behaviors. As an assistant professor at the University of Florida, she taught eating disorders counseling, and currently works with children to help them develop positive body images and self-esteem. Our program runs Monday through Thursday 6pm to 9pm. You can choose to be in one or more groups each week depending on your particular issues and need for support---especially in those dangerous evening hours. Groups are capped at 15 people and are $15 per group. We host the following groups: Depression, Anxiety, Healthy Coping, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Anger Management and Communication Skills.
