The cards can also be used in groups. (The cards can be used as a tool by those who work with clients.)The "12-WEEKS TO MINDFUL EATING GUIDEBOOK" with the Your Karma Is In the Refrigerator CD" is a comprehensive 265 page workbook that teaches 27 unique skills and contains over 30 different activities and experiences.
