The Intensive outpatient program offers both primary care and aftercare services for women affected by disordered eating, body image issues, and food addictions. The program is based on a holistic approach to recovery that includes nutritional support, body awareness and movement, psychodynamic, trauma reduction work, and energy psychology techniques including EMDR and clinical hypnosis. The program consist of three groups each week and two individual sessions each week. Participants are asked to make a 8-week commitment. Aftercare services are available and are based on individual need. The program is centrally located in Tucson with easy access from the University of Arizona, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills and the surrounding Southern Arizona communities.
