I embrace the challenge of helping clients break free of the confines of their eating disorders and discover their true motivations, interests, and identities. I believe that helping clients create a healthy relationship with food ultimately allows them to establish healthy relationships with themselves, with others, and with life overall. My passion for healthy living inspires me both professionally and personally.
I do believe that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible. And, I also know that full recovery takes an incredible amount of courage, persistence, determination, and commitment. My role as a therapist is to help support clients during this scary--yet ultimately rewarding--journey, as they gradually learn to let go of their eating disorder and embrace an authentic and fulfilling life.
