Claudia Lineweaver, Ph.D., LPC
Dr. Claudia Lineweaver received her Ph.D. in counseling from the University of Virginia. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals with eating disorders (bulimia, binge eating, and, anorexia), as well as disordered eating (compulsive overeating, food addiction), substance abuse, mood disorders, and general relationship/family issues. Claudia has served as an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University and Argosy University, teaching graduate students how to become more effective counselors. Prior to moving to Northern Virginia, Claudia was the Counseling Services Coordinator for the Women's Center of the University of Virginia and has over fourteen years of experience, working in many counseling settings including schools, universities, agencies, and private practices.
