We also offer health coaching and spiritual direction services that provide structured opportunities for women who want in-depth mentoring in more life-enhancing ways of being in their bodies and lives. Health Coaching helps you align information about nutrition, disease, and fitness with the wisdom of your body. Spiritual direction is a purposeful relationship with a person or small group intended to deepen your experience of God’s presence and love.
As a psychotherapist specializing in eating disorders and a woman with years of experience discovering the wisdom and power of my own body, I know that loving and enjoying your body is challenging.
