Catharine’s thesis, “Eat More, Weigh Less: How to reduce your risk of chronic disease and cancers” received ‘outstanding’ commendation. She is a former Fellow in Nutrition Policy at the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
