Arline Shaffer, Ph.D. has been treating patients with a variety of issues, including eating disorders, parenting skills, psychological problems deriving from learning, academic and school related issues, adjustment issues, and anxiety and depression. Dr. Shaffer’s approach to therapy primarily utilizes the cognitive-behavioral model, but other orientations are drawn upon to address conflicts and issues.
