I am an internationally trained & certified transpersonal psychotherapist/hypnotherapist with 19 years experience assisting others in changing patterned behaviour to realize their life aspirations. I work with most psychological difficulities. My specialities are trauma relief, recovery from sexual abuse, habituated/dependant behaviours(alcoholism/drug-addiction and sex-addiction) and codependency. I also have specialized shamanic journeying training. With well over 92% of the population suffering from psychological difficulties, (Satir 1988) my mission is to do my small part to change this beautiful planet upon which we all live. I aspire to help us all toward thriving within our communities, not just surviving.Using hypnotherapy (or trance) which removes conscious barriers, I assist my clients to restore joy/enjoyment in their lives. After many years working with traditional talk therapy, this modality - hypnotherapy - has supercharged my work helping my clients to be in life not stuck in a therapist's office.Using positive change psychotherapy... propelling you toward your solutions-your future...I will help you achieve your goals and dreams. We will work through the blocks and patterns in your life. Together in a supportive and gentle atmosphere. Self-hypnosis will be a major tool also emphasized in our work.
