Annice Ormiston, PsyD
I offer individual and group psychotherapy for individuals of all genders, sizes, and backgrounds who struggle with any kind of eating concern or who feel uncomfortable in and disconnected from their body including adults, college-age adults, teens, couples, and families. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and interactive. I work from a relational, feminist approach and emphasize a non-diet, self-attuned approach to eating and your body. My focus is on healing active eating disorder symptoms, understanding your underlying emotions and experiences, and self-care.
I also help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, sexuality, gender, and difficulties in relationships. I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy approaches for trauma.
