I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping clients with disordered eating. I enjoy working with clients struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder. Although currently in private practice, I have recently been the coordinator of an Intensive Outpatient Program at a nationally recognized center for the treatment of eating disorders. I enjoy working with individuals who have recently developed an eating disorder as well as individuals who have been struggling for many years. In therapy, I utilize both cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented interventions with the goal of empowering clients to make the difficult changes necessary to recover.
