BEHAVIOR: EATING DISORDERS - MTV NEWS AND DOCUMENTARIES (US)

I'm a freelance researcher working for MTV's one-hour documentary series, "True Life." We're currently putting together a special episode focusing on eating disorders, and searching for participants who will allow us to document their journeys to recovery. We realize eating disorders affect both men and women from all walks of life, and our only requirements for candidates is that they are between the ages of 16-26, and willing to share their fears, habits and attempts at recovery on-camera. ("True Life" is shot "cinema verite," meaning there is no voice-over narration, and we will only film what participants choose to show us.) Any interested candidates should e-mail me as soon as possible and include their name, age, location, best way to contact, and a brief description about their eating habits and life in general. It's also helpful to know what is happening in their life now or in the near future -- for example, going on a trip, running for school office, entering a pageant, going on a blind date, having a slumber party, moving, the school play, an operation, etc. No phone calls, please.

Deadline: 05:00 PM US/Central DEC 16
