Alexis Mueller A beloved friend who so tragically lost her life to anorexia/bulimia at the age of 21

Andrew Phillips Died on June 24th, 1997 as a result of very severe bulimia suffered for many years at the age of 34. He lived with us (his parents) in Sutton-on-the-Forest, York, England.

Samantha Renee Green Born: April 17,1995 Died: April 17, 1995 Her life ended due to her practicing bulimic mom. She life and death taught me the value of another's life and helped me to seek help for my eating disorder. She was a beautiful child and I miss her, but she did not die in vain.
